What is a Card Verification Number?        

We require the Credit Card ID Number for Visa, MasterCard, and American Express transactions. The Card ID only appears on your physical credit card. If you do not supply a Credit Card ID Number, we cannot verify your credit card.

The Card ID Number is a 3 or 4 digit number that appears on your credit card. This number is only available by looking at the physical credit card and is never printed on any receipt. We request that you provide the Card ID Number to ensure that someone is not using your credit card information fraudulently.

Note: The Credit Card ID Number is printed on your card; it is not raised from the surface of your card like your credit card's account number.
