Who is the Manufacturer of Accuneb? Dey Labs.

What is Accuneb Used For? Albuterol is used to prevent and/or treat asthma or other breathing problems. It works in the lungs by opening breathing passages to make breathing easier. This product is intended for use in children but may also be used for adults requiring smaller doses of albuterol.

How To Use Accuneb
Inhale Accuneb by mouth using a special breathing device (nebulizer) usually 3 or 4 times daily as needed; or as directed by your doctor. Consult your doctor, pharmacist, or a respiratory therapist on the proper use of a nebulizer with Accuneb. The usual dose is one 3 ml vial added to the nebulizer, but may vary based upon your medical condition and response to therapy. Use Accuneb exactly as prescribed. Do not increase the dose, use it more frequently, or use it for a longer period of time than prescribed because doing so may increase your risk of serious side effects. If Accuneb stops working well and/or your medical condition worsens, consult your doctor. You may require other medications or different dosing of Accuneb to treat your condition. In the nebulizer, do not mix Accuneb solution with other inhaled products. Before using, check this product visually for any particles or discoloration. If either is present, do not use the liquid.

Accuneb Side Effects
Nervousness, shakiness, headache, stomach pain or dry throat may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these serious side effects occur: tremor, trouble sleeping, muscle cramps, coughing. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these highly unlikely but very serious side effects occur: unusually fast or irregular heartbeat, chest pain, blurred vision, seizures. If you notice any of the following unlikely but very serious side effects, stop using this product and consult your doctor immediately: sudden worsening of breathing problems/asthma (e.g., dizziness, wheezing). An allergic reaction to Accuneb is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Accuneb Precautions
Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: heart problems (e.g., arrhythmias, heart failure), high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, diabetes, seizure disorders, any allergies. Accuneb should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not known whether Accuneb passes into breast milk.
