What is Amox Tr-Potassium Clavulanate Used For? Amoxicillin/clavulanic acid treats a wide variety of bacterial infections.

How To Use Amox Tr-Potassium Clavulanate
Take Amox Tr-Potassium Clavulanate as directed by your doctor, usually every 8 or 12 hours. Amox Tr-Potassium Clavulanate should be taken with food. Antibiotics work best when the amount of medicine in your body is kept at a constant level. Therefore, take Amox Tr-Potassium Clavulanate at evenly spaced intervals. Continue to take Amox Tr-Potassium Clavulanate until the full prescribed amount is finished even if symptoms disappear after a few days. Stopping the medication too early may allow bacteria to continue to grow, which may result in a relapse of the infection. Inform your doctor if your condition does not improve in a few days.

Amox Tr-Potassium Clavulanate Side Effects
Amox Tr-Potassium Clavulanate may cause stomach upset, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting during the first few days as your body adjusts to the medication.
