  • What Happens After My Order Is Submitted?
    If you chose to pay by credit card, we will electronically authorize availability of funds before the order enters the processing phase. Your credit card will not be charged until the medication is shipped from the pharmacy.

    When we receive an order request from a person who has never ordered from us before, we will need to voice validate this person first. We will also need to voice validate existing customers after they place an order and we have not voice validated them in the last 12 months. The voice validation phase may take 1 day or more, dependent on how long it takes for the representatives or doctors to get in touch with you, your doctor, validate presciptions and/or records. Details about the order information you submitted will be verified. We may ask for photo ID to be sent by FAX, E-Mail or postal mail.

    After voice validation, the order is sent to a doctor in our network with the status “MEDICAL REVIEW”. The doctor will review the submitted order information, and you will be contacted using the contact information provided for validation, records, clarification or if more information is needed. If the doctor determines the symptoms given by patient can not be effectively treated by the medication requested, the prescription request is denied and the the order will be cancelled. If the order is cancelled, you will pay nothing. If the doctor determines the symptoms given by patient can be effectively treated by the medication requested, the prescription is sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment. 1 day should be allowed for the Medical Review process.

    The prescription will arrive in the pharmacy with the status of “PHARMACY REVIEW” and will wait in line next to other prescriptions just like a real pharmacy. After the prescription is filled and shipped, the order will receive the status of “SHIPPED”. 1 day should be allowed for the Pharmacy Review process.

    If a credit card was used, the funds are captured after the package leaves the pharmacy. The remaining time until the medication arrives to the shipped address you specified depends on the shipping carrier chosen. We are not responsible for any delays incurred by shipping carriers, however we do urge you to call us if your package does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time or if it is damaged, opened or there is a problem with the contents. We will work diligently with the carrier to resolve any problems that have occurred during the shipping process.

    What Is Your Shipping Policy?
    Despite the shipping method used to ship the medication, a submitted order takes time to move through the various stages of our ordering system to ensure safety, accuracy as well as timely delivery. As a general rule of thumb, the time is takes to receive medication is 2 days plus the estimated delivery time of the chosen shipping carrier and method. This does not include voice validation, other validation or clarification our customer service personnel, network physicians or network pharmacists may need to confirm order details. This does not apply to orders placed after Thursday at noon because the pharmacies and doctors do not work on weekends. Once shipped through the pharmacy, the remainder of the time depends on the shipping carrier and any delays the chosen shipment method may incur. Once we ship the medication, we cannot control any delays incurred by the shipment carrier, but we will work with the carrier to investigate late or missing packages.

    How Safe Is My Information From Hackers or Fraud?
    Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in secure encryption technology. When the ordering process begins, the HTTP session is secured with an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) session otherwise known as HTTPS. All information sent between your browser and our system will be encrypted. Only until after the order is submitted will your browser be able to switch back to normal HTTP (not secure). If your browser does not support this technology, you may call our toll-free customer service number and place your order using the telephone. Our servers are stored in a HIPAA compliant electronic network infrastructure, and the personal medical information is encrypted before being stored in our database. The credit card number and CVV2 number provided (if any) is encrypted prior to the transaction and erased when the transaction is complete. We store this information only as long as it takes to capture the funds. Our system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported.

    What is Our Return Policy?
    Due to FDA regulations, medications cannot be returned or replaced once shipped from the pharmacy. However, we do offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders if you receive the wrong medication or the wrong quantity of medication. If you call to cancel your order before the medication is shipped, you will not be responsible for payment. If this is the case and your credit card was charged, your credit card will be refunded the order amount in its entirety. We urge customers to call the customer service number listed on the website as soon as possible if they need to cancel or make changes.
