...patchy dense fog early this morning...
fog will be locally dense through sunrise...reducing visibility to
under quarter mile. the dense fog will be mostly likely found in
low lying areas...especially near rivers and standing water.
drivers should be alert for rapidly changing visibility...and be
prepared to slow down and use low beam headlights should dense fog
be encountered.
