* at 8 pm sunday the stage was 29.0 feet.
* flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* minor flooding is forecast.
* forecast...the river will rise to near 29.6 feet wednesday morning then
begin falling.
* impact...at 30.0 feet...east bank (illinois side) begins to flood.
highway 79 one mile south of clarksville begins to flood.
* impact...at 29.0 feet...water enters the parking lot entrance at the
clarksville riverfront park.
