south central continues...
.a flood watch remains in effect for overland and river flooding
potential in southwest and south central north dakota.
temperatures above freezing are forecast to continue through
thursday evening. this increases the chance that excessive runoff
from snow melt will overflow stream systems and cause overland
flooding. the primary concern is overland flooding due to plugged
culverts and surface drainages...which could back up enough water
to top local roadways.
