* winds: southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* wave heights: 3 to 4 feet...with the highest waves along
northeast shores...from crystal bay to glenbrook.
* small boats will be prone to capsizing and should remain off
lake waters until conditions improve.
