...unseasonably cool conditions early sunday through monday morning...
a cold front will move through the area today. a cool air mass will move overhead tonight resulting in cool temperatures. areas along and east of the cascades could see temperatures fall into the mid to upper 30s with some locations falling to near freezing.
temperatures on sunday are expected to be in the lower 70s west of the cascades...lower 60s east of the cascades and 50s over the mountains which is about 10 degrees below normal.
overnight and morning low temperatures will also be cooler than normal on monday morning. low temperatures will be in the upper 20s to lower 30s east of the cascades...low to mid 30s over the mountains and in the 40s for valleys west of cascades.
anyone who is planning on a weekend getaway in the mountains...like camping or any outdoor activity should bring extra clothing or blankets.
