increased fire danger today across upstate south carolina...
the combination of seasonably warm temperatures...breezy westerly
winds and minimum humidity values between 20 and 30 percent will
increase the threat for rapid or erratic fire growth.
outdoor burning is discouraged. if any type of burning is
conducted...caution should be exercised. everyone should take
steps to prevent brush or grass fires by properly extinguishing
smoking materials.
