the flood warning continues for the james river near stratford * until further notice... * at 6am monday the stage was 16.6 feet... * minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast... * flood stage is 14.0 feet... * at 17.0 feet...county roads begin flooding and the road 2 miles north of the gaging location is one of the first to flood.
