* minor flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast...
* flood stage is 14.0 feet...
* the river rose above flood stage and will continue rising to near
19.3 feet by wednesday morning march 24th. additional rises may be possible
thereafter.
* at 19.5 feet...the bridge 2 miles north of the gage is overtopped.

* at 10am thursday the stage was 16.9 feet...
* major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast...
* flood stage is 13.0 feet...
* the river rose above flood stage and will continue rising to near
20.2 feet by early tuesday morning march 23rd.
* at 21.0 feet...the main east-west highway begins to flood on the
east bank of the river and the water overtops the bridge 2 miles
south and 1 mile east of ashton.

county road 15 1 mile northwest of the gage.
